Under the sole directorship of Antonie, the firm has established itself as a trusted adviser to developers, investors and private buyers operating at the premium end of the residential and mixed-use market. Antonie’s background spans the full property value chain — from raw land acquisition and planning through to sales strategy and investor structuring — giving clients a single point of accountability across every phase of a project or transaction.
Our focus is deliberately selective. We work within the Western Cape, with particular depth across the Somerset West corridor, the Helderberg Basin and the greater Cape Winelands. This geographic concentration means we carry market intelligence that generalist agencies simply cannot match.
